أَفَمَنْ كَانَ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَيَتْلُوهُ شَاهِدٌ مِنْهُ وَمِنْ قَبْلِهِ كِتَابُ مُوسَىٰ إِمَامًا وَرَحْمَةً أُولَٰئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِهِ مِنَ الْأَحْزَابِ فَالنَّارُ مَوْعِدُهُ فَلَا تَكُ فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِنْهُ إِنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Afaman kana AAala bayyinatin min rabbihi wayatloohu shahidun minhu wamin qablihi kitabu moosa imaman warahmatan olaika yuminoona bihi waman yakfur bihi mina alahzabi faalnnaru mawAAiduhu fala taku fee miryatin minhu innahu alhaqqu min rabbika walakinna akthara alnnasi la yuminoona

Hilali & KhanCan they who rely on a clear proof from their Lord, and whom a witness from Him recites (follows) it; and before it, came the Book of Musa, a guidance and a mercy, they believe therein, but those of the sects that reject it, the Fire will be their promised meeting place. So be not in doubt about it. Verily, it is the truth from your Lord, but most of mankind believe not.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)کیا وه شخص جو اپنے رب کے پاس کی دلیل پر ہو اور اس کے ساتھ اللہ کی طرف کا گواه ہو اور اس سے پہلے موسیٰ کی کتاب (گواه ہو) جو پیشوا اور رحمت ہے (اوروں کے برابر ہو سکتا ہے؟) یہی لوگ ہیں جو اس پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں، اور تمام فرقوں میں سے جو بھی اس کا منکر ہو اس کے آخری وعدے کی جگہ جہنم ہے، پس تو اس میں کسی قسم کے شبہ میں نہ ره، یقیناً یہ تیرے رب کی جانب سے سراسر برحق ہے، لیکن اکثر لوگ ایمان ﻻنے والے نہیں ہوتے
