Surah Ar-Ra'd, Ayah 5
الرعد · The Thunder · verse 5 of 43
وَإِنْ تَعْجَبْ فَعَجَبٌ قَوْلُهُمْ أَإِذَا كُنَّا تُرَابًا أَإِنَّا لَفِي خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ وَأُولَٰئِكَ الْأَغْلَالُ فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ وَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
Wain taAAjab faAAajabun qawluhum aitha kunna turaban ainna lafee khalqin jadeedin olaika allatheena kafaroo birabbihim waolaika alaghlalu fee aAAnaqihim waolaika ashabu alnnari hum feeha khalidoona

Hilali & KhanAnd if you wonder, then wondrous is their saying: "When we are dust, shall we indeed then be (raised) in a new creation" They are those who disbelieved in their Lord! They are those who will have iron chains linking their hands to their necks. They will be dwellers of the Fire to abide therein forever.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اگر تجھے تعجب ہو تو واقعی ان کا یہ کہنا عجیب ہے کہ کیا جب ہم مٹی ہو جائیں گے۔ تو کیا ہم نئی پیدائش میں ہوں گے؟ یہی وه لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے پروردگار سے کفر کیا۔ یہی ہیں جن کی گردنوں میں طوق ہوں گے اور یہی ہیں جو جہنم کے رہنے والے ہیں جو اس میں ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے
