مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَرَمَادٍ اشْتَدَّتْ بِهِ الرِّيحُ فِي يَوْمٍ عَاصِفٍ لَا يَقْدِرُونَ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا عَلَىٰ شَيْءٍ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الضَّلَالُ الْبَعِيدُ
Mathalu allatheena kafaroo birabbihim aAAmaluhum karamadin ishtaddat bihi alrreehu fee yawmin AAasifin la yaqdiroona mimma kasaboo AAala shayin thalika huwa alddalalu albaAAeedu

Hilali & KhanThe parable of those who disbelieved in their Lord is that their works are as ashes, on which the wind blows furiously on a stormy day; they shall not be able to get aught of what they have earned. That is the straying, far away (from the right path).

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ان لوگوں کی مثال جنہوں نے اپنے پالنے والے سے کفر کیا، ان کے اعمال مثل اس راکھ کے ہیں جس پر تیز ہوا آندھی والے دن چلے۔ جو بھی انہوں نے کیا اس میں سے کسی چیز پر قادر نہ ہوں گے، یہی دور کی گمراہی ہے
