Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 203
البقرة · The Cow · verse 203 of 286
وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ فِي أَيَّامٍ مَعْدُودَاتٍ فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنْ تَأَخَّرَ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ لِمَنِ اتَّقَىٰ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ
Waothkuroo Allaha fee ayyamin maAAdoodatin faman taAAajjala fee yawmayni fala ithma AAalayhi waman taakhkhara fala ithma AAalayhi limani ittaqa waittaqoo Allaha waiAAlamoo annakum ilayhi tuhsharoona

Hilali & KhanAnd remember Allah during the Appointed Days. But whosoever hastens to leave in two days, there is no sin on him and whosoever stays on, there is no sin on him, if his aim is to do good and obey Allah (fear Him), and know that you will surely be gathered unto Him.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور اللہ تعالیٰ کی یاد ان گنتی کے چند دنوں (ایام تشریق) میں کرو، دو دن کی جلدی کرنے والے پر بھی کوئی گناه نہیں، اور جو پیچھے ره جائے اس پر بھی کوئی گناه نہیں، یہ پرہیزگارکے لئے ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ سے ڈرتے رہو اور جان رکھو کہ تم سب اسی کی طرف جمع کئے جاؤ گے
