وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهْلِكَ الْحَرْثَ وَالنَّسْلَ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَادَ
Waitha tawalla saAAa fee alardi liyufsida feeha wayuhlika alhartha waalnnasla waAllahu la yuhibbu alfasada

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)جب وه لوٹ کر جاتا ہے تو زمین میں فساد پھیلانے کی اور کھیتی اور نسل کی بربادی کی کوشش میں لگا رہتا ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ فساد کو ناپسند کرتا ہے
