Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 214
البقرة · The Cow · verse 214 of 286
أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَنْ تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِكُمْ مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ مَسَّتْهُمُ الْبَأْسَاءُ وَالضَّرَّاءُ وَزُلْزِلُوا حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَ الرَّسُولُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَهُ مَتَىٰ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ أَلَا إِنَّ نَصْرَ اللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ
Am hasibtum an tadkhuloo aljannata walamma yatikum mathalu allatheena khalaw min qablikum massathumu albasao waalddarrao wazulziloo hatta yaqoola alrrasoolu waallatheena amanoo maAAahu mata nasru Allahi ala inna nasra Allahi qareebun

Hilali & KhanOr think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, "When (will come) the help of Allah" Yes! Certainly, the help of Allah is near!

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)کیا تم یہ گمان کئے بیٹھے ہو کہ جنت میں چلے جاؤ گے، حاﻻنکہ اب تک تم پر وه حاﻻت نہیں آئے جو تم سے اگلے لوگوں پر آئے تھے۔ انہیں بیماریاں اور مصیبتیں پہنچیں اور وہ یہاں تک جھنجھوڑے گئے کہ رسول اور اس کے ساتھ کے ایمان والے کہنے لگے کہ اللہ کی مدد کب آئے گی؟ سن رکھو کہ اللہ کی مدد قریب ہی ہے
