البقرة · The Cow · verse 26 of 286
إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي أَنْ يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَا بَعُوضَةً فَمَا فَوْقَهَا فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَيَقُولُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلًا يُضِلُّ بِهِ كَثِيرًا وَيَهْدِي بِهِ كَثِيرًا وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِ إِلَّا الْفَاسِقِينَ
Inna Allaha la yastahyee an yadriba mathalan ma baAAoodatan fama fawqaha faamma allatheena amanoo fayaAAlamoona annahu alhaqqu min rabbihim waamma allatheena kafaroo fayaqooloona matha arada Allahu bihatha mathalan yudillu bihi katheeran wayahdee bihi katheeran wama yudillu bihi illa alfasiqeena

Hilali & KhanVerily, Allah is not ashamed to set forth a parable even of a mosquito or so much more when it is bigger (or less when it is smaller) than it. And as for those who believe, they know that it is the truth from their Lord, but as for those who disbelieve, they say: "What did Allah intend by this parable" By it He misleads many, and many He guides thereby. And He misleads thereby only the Fasiqin (the rebellious, disobedient to Allah).

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ کسی مثال کے بیان کرنے سے نہیں شرماتا، خواه مچھر کی ہو، یا اس سے بھی ہلکی چیز کی۔ ایمان والے تو اسے اپنے رب کی جانب سے صحیح سمجھتے ہیں اور کفار کہتے ہیں کہ اس مثال سے اللہ نے کیا مراد لی ہے؟ اس کے ذریعے بیشتر کو گمراه کرتا ہے اور اکثر لوگوں کو راه راست پر ﻻتا ہے اور گمراه تو صرف فاسقوں کو ہی کرتا ہے
