Surah An-Nur, Ayah 21
النور · The Light · verse 21 of 64
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ وَمَنْ يَتَّبِعْ خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَإِنَّهُ يَأْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ مَا زَكَىٰ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ أَبَدًا وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ يُزَكِّي مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo la tattabiAAoo khutuwati alshshaytani waman yattabiAA khutuwati alshshaytani fainnahu yamuru bialfahshai waalmunkari walawla fadlu Allahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu ma zaka minkum min ahadin abadan walakinna Allaha yuzakkee man yashao waAllahu sameeAAun AAaleemun

Hilali & KhanO you who believe! Follow not the Khutuwat of Shaytan. And whosoever follows the footsteps of Shaytan, then, verily, he commands Al-Fahsha' and the evil deeds. And had it not been for the grace of Allah and His mercy on you, not one of you would ever have been pure from sins. But Allah purifies whom He wills, and Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ایمان والو! شیطان کے قدم بقدم نہ چلو۔ جو شخص شیطانی قدموں کی پیروی کرے تو وه تو بےحیائی اور برے کاموں کا ہی حکم کرے گا۔ اور اگر اللہ تعالیٰ کا فضل وکرم تم پر نہ ہوتا تو تم میں سے کوئی کبھی بھی پاک صاف نہ ہوتا۔ لیکن اللہ تعالی جسے پاک کرنا چاہے، کر دیتا ہے۔ اور اللہ سب سننے واﻻ سب جاننے واﻻ ہے
