Surah An-Nur, Ayah 33
النور · The Light · verse 33 of 64
وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّىٰ يُغْنِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَالَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا وَآتُوهُمْ مِنْ مَالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ وَلَا تُكْرِهُوا فَتَيَاتِكُمْ عَلَى الْبِغَاءِ إِنْ أَرَدْنَ تَحَصُّنًا لِتَبْتَغُوا عَرَضَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَنْ يُكْرِهْهُنَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مِنْ بَعْدِ إِكْرَاهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
WalyastaAAfifi allatheena la yajidoona nikahan hatta yughniyahumu Allahu min fadlihi waallatheena yabtaghoona alkitaba mimma malakat aymanukum fakatiboohum in AAalimtum feehim khayran waatoohum min mali Allahi allathee atakum wala tukrihoo fatayatikum AAala albighai in aradna tahassunan litabtaghoo AAarada alhayati alddunya waman yukrihhunna fainna Allaha min baAAdi ikrahihinna ghafoorun raheemun

Hilali & KhanAnd let those who find not the financial means for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah enriches them of His bounty. And such of your servants as seek a writing (of emancipation), give them such writing, if you find that there is good and honesty in them. And give them something (yourselves) out of the wealth of Allah which He has bestowed upon you. And force not your slave-girls to prostitution, if they desire chastity, in order that you may make a gain in the goods of this worldly life. But if anyone compels them, then after such compulsion, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور ان لوگوں کو پاک دامن رہنا چاہیئے جو اپنا نکاح کرنے کا مقدور نہیں رکھتے یہاں تک کہ اللہ تعالیٰ انہیں اپنے فضل سے مالدار بنا دے، تمہارے غلاموں میں جو کوئی کچھ تمہیں دے کر آزادی کی تحریر کرانی چاہے تو تم ایسی تحریر انہیں کردیا کرو اگر تم کو ان میں کوئی بھلائی نظر آتی ہو۔ اور اللہ نے جو مال تمہیں دے رکھا ہے اس میں سے انہیں بھی دو، تمہاری جو لونڈیاں پاک دامن رہنا چاہتی ہیں انہیں دنیا کی زندگی کے فائدے کی غرض سے بدکاری پر مجبور نہ کرو اور جو انہیں مجبور کردے تو اللہ تعالیٰ ان پر جبر کے بعد بخشش دینے واﻻ اور مہربانی کرنے واﻻ ہے
