Surah An-Nur, Ayah 39
النور · The Light · verse 39 of 64
وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَسَرَابٍ بِقِيعَةٍ يَحْسَبُهُ الظَّمْآنُ مَاءً حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءَهُ لَمْ يَجِدْهُ شَيْئًا وَوَجَدَ اللَّهَ عِنْدَهُ فَوَفَّاهُ حِسَابَهُ وَاللَّهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ
Waallatheena kafaroo aAAmaluhum kasarabin biqeeAAatin yahsabuhu alththamanu maan hatta itha jaahu lam yajidhu shayan wawajada Allaha AAindahu fawaffahu hisabahu waAllahu sareeAAu alhisabi

Hilali & KhanAs for those who disbelieved, their deeds are like a mirage in a Qi`ah. The thirsty one thinks it to be water until he comes up to it, he finds it to be nothing; but he finds Allah with him, Who will pay him his due. And Allah is swift in taking account.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور کافروں کے اعمال مثل اس چمکتی ہوئی ریت کے ہیں جو چٹیل میدان میں ہو جسے پیاسا شخص دور سے پانی سمجھتا ہے لیکن جب اس کے پاس پہنچتا ہے تو اسے کچھ بھی نہیں پاتا، ہاں اللہ کو اپنے پاس پاتا ہے جو اس کا حساب پورا پورا چکا دیتا ہے۔ اللہ بہت جلد حساب کردینے واﻻ ہے
