قَالَ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُنْكِحَكَ إِحْدَى ابْنَتَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ عَلَىٰ أَنْ تَأْجُرَنِي ثَمَانِيَ حِجَجٍ فَإِنْ أَتْمَمْتَ عَشْرًا فَمِنْ عِنْدِكَ وَمَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَيْكَ سَتَجِدُنِي إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
Qala innee oreedu an onkihaka ihda ibnatayya hatayni AAala an tajuranee thamaniya hijajin fain atmamta AAashran famin AAindika wama oreedu an ashuqqa AAalayka satajidunee in shaa Allahu mina alssaliheena

Hilali & KhanHe said: "I intend to wed one of these two daughters of mine to you, on condition that you serve me for eight years; but if you complete ten years, it will be (a favor) from you. But I intend not to place you under a difficulty. If Allah wills, you will find me one of the righteous."
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اس بزرگ نے کہا میں اپنی ان دونوں لڑکیوں میں سے ایک کو آپ کے نکاح میں دینا چاہتا ہوں اس (مہر پر) کہ آپ آٹھ سال تک میرا کام کاج کریں۔ ہاں اگر آپ دس سال پورے کریں تو یہ آپ کی طرف سے بطور احسان کے ہے میں یہ ہرگز نہیں چاہتا کہ آپ کو کسی مشقت میں ڈالوں، اللہ کو منظور ہے تو آگے چل کر آپ مجھے بھلا آدمی پائیں گے
