وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبْعَثَ فِي أُمِّهَا رَسُولًا يَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا وَمَا كُنَّا مُهْلِكِي الْقُرَىٰ إِلَّا وَأَهْلُهَا ظَالِمُونَ
Wama kana rabbuka muhlika alqura hatta yabAAatha fee ommiha rasoolan yatloo AAalayhim ayatina wama kunna muhlikee alqura illa waahluha thalimoona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)تیرا رب کسی ایک بستی کو بھی اس وقت تک ہلاک نہیں کرتا جب تک کہ ان کی کسی بڑی بستی میں اپنا کوئی پیغمبر نہ بھیج دے جو انہیں ہماری آیتیں پڑھ کر سنا دے اور ہم بستیوں کو اسی وقت ہلاک کرتے ہیں جب کہ وہاں والے ﻇلم وستم پر کمر کس لیں
