Surah Al-'Ankabut, Ayah 10
العنكبوت · The Spider · verse 10 of 69
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ فَإِذَا أُوذِيَ فِي اللَّهِ جَعَلَ فِتْنَةَ النَّاسِ كَعَذَابِ اللَّهِ وَلَئِنْ جَاءَ نَصْرٌ مِنْ رَبِّكَ لَيَقُولُنَّ إِنَّا كُنَّا مَعَكُمْ أَوَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِمَا فِي صُدُورِ الْعَالَمِينَ
Wamina alnnasi man yaqoolu amanna biAllahi faitha oothiya fee Allahi jaAAala fitnata alnnasi kaAAathabi Allahi walain jaa nasrun min rabbika layaqoolunna inna kunna maAAakum awalaysa Allahu biaAAlama bima fee sudoori alAAalameena

But if they are made to suffer for Allah, they consider the trial of mankind as Allah's punishment; and if victory comes from your Lord, they will say: "Verily, we were with you." Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور بعض لوگ ایسے بھی ہیں جو زبانی کہتے ہیں کہ ہم ایمان ﻻئے ہیں لیکن جب اللہ کی راه میں کوئی مشکل آن پڑتی ہے تو لوگوں کی ایذا دہی کو اللہ تعالیٰ کے عذاب کی طرح بنا لیتے ہیں، ہاں اگر اللہ کی مدد آجائے تو پکار اٹھتے ہیں کہ ہم تو تمہارے ساتھی ہی ہیں کیا دنیا جہان کے سینوں میں جو کچھ ہے اس سے اللہ تعالیٰ دانا نہیں ہے؟
