Surah Ali 'Imran, Ayah 118

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا بِطَانَةً مِنْ دُونِكُمْ لَا يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالًا وَدُّوا مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo la tattakhithoo bitanatan min doonikum la yaloonakum khabalan waddoo ma AAanittum qad badati albaghdao min afwahihim wama tukhfee sudooruhum akbaru qad bayyanna lakumu alayati in kuntum taAAqiloona

Hilali & KhanO you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitanah (advisors, helpers) those other than your own, since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayat if you understand.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اے ایمان والو! تم اپنا دلی دوست ایمان والوں کے سوا اور کسی کو نہ بناؤ۔ (تم تو) نہیں دیکھتے دوسرے لوگ تمہاری تباہی میں کوئی کسر اٹھا نہیں رکھتے، وه تو چاہتے ہیں کہ تم دکھ میں پڑو ان کی عداوت تو خود ان کی زبان سے بھی ﻇاہر ہو چکی ہے اور جو ان کے سینوں میں پوشیده ہے وه بہت زیاده ہے، ہم نے تمہارے لئے آیتیں بیان کر دیں
