وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا لُقْمَانَ الْحِكْمَةَ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِلَّهِ وَمَنْ يَشْكُرْ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ
Walaqad atayna luqmana alhikmata ani oshkur lillahi waman yashkur fainnama yashkuru linafsihi waman kafara fainna Allaha ghaniyyun hameedun

Hilali & KhanAnd indeed We bestowed upon Luqman Al-Hikmah saying: "Give thanks to Allah." And whoever gives thanks, he gives thanks for (the good of) himself. And whoever is unthankful, then verily, Allah is All-Rich, Worthy of all praise.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور ہم نے یقیناً لقمان کو حکمت دی تھی کہ تو اللہ تعالیٰ کا شکر کر ہر شکر کرنے واﻻ اپنے ہی نفع کے لئے شکر کرتا ہے جو بھی ناشکری کرے وه جان لے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ بے نیاز اور تعریفوں واﻻ ہے
