وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ اتَّبِعُوا مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ قَالُوا بَلْ نَتَّبِعُ مَا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ آبَاءَنَا أَوَلَوْ كَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ
Waitha qeela lahumu ittabiAAoo ma anzala Allahu qaloo bal nattabiAAu ma wajadna AAalayhi abaana awalaw kana alshshaytanu yadAAoohum ila AAathabi alssaAAeeri

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی اتاری ہوئی وحی کی تابعداری کرو تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے تو جس طریق پر اپنے باپ دادوں کو پایا ہے اسی کی تابعداری کریں گے، اگرچہ شیطان ان کے بڑوں کو دوزخ کےعذاب کی طرف بلاتا ہو
