وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُبِينًا
Wama kana limuminin wala muminatin itha qada Allahu warasooluhu amran an yakoona lahumu alkhiyaratu min amrihim waman yaAAsi Allaha warasoolahu faqad dalla dalalan mubeenan

Hilali & KhanIt is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed into a plain error.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور (دیکھو) کسی مومن مرد و عورت کو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا فیصلہ کے بعد اپنے کسی امر کا کوئی اختیار باقی نہیں رہتا، (یاد رکھو) اللہ تعالیٰ اور اس کے رسول کی جو بھی نافرمانی کرے گا وه صریح گمراہی میں پڑے گا
