Surah Fatir, Ayah 43

اسْتِكْبَارًا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَكْرَ السَّيِّئِ وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ فَهَلْ يَنْظُرُونَ إِلَّا سُنَّتَ الْأَوَّلِينَ فَلَنْ تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ اللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا وَلَنْ تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ اللَّهِ تَحْوِيلًا
Istikbaran fee alardi wamakra alssayyii wala yaheequ almakru alssayyio illa biahlihi fahal yanthuroona illa sunnata alawwaleena falan tajida lisunnati Allahi tabdeelan walan tajida lisunnati Allahi tahweelan

Hilali & Khan(They took to flight because of their) arrogance in the land and their plotting of evil. But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it. Then, can they expect anything (else) but the Sunnah (way of dealing) of the peoples of old So, no change will you find in Allah's Sunnah, and no turning off will you find in Allah's Sunnah.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)دنیا میں اپنے کو بڑا سمجھنے کی وجہ سے، اور ان کی بری تدبیروں کی وجہ سے اور بری تدبیروں کا وبال ان تدبیر والوں ہی پر پڑتا ہے، سو کیا یہ اسی دستور کے منتظر ہیں جو اگلے لوگوں کے ساتھ ہوتا رہا ہے۔ سو آپ اللہ کے دستور کو کبھی بدلتا ہوا نہ پائیں گے، اور آپ اللہ کے دستور کو کبھی منتقل ہوتا ہوا نہ پائیں گے
