يس · Ya Sin · verse 47 of 83
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ أَنْفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ قَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنُطْعِمُ مَنْ لَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ أَطْعَمَهُ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ
Waitha qeela lahum anfiqoo mimma razaqakumu Allahu qala allatheena kafaroo lillatheena amanoo anutAAimu man law yashao Allahu atAAamahu in antum illa fee dalalin mubeenin

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور ان سے جب کہا جاتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے دیئے ہوئے میں سے کچھ خرچ کرو، تو یہ کفار ایمان والوں کو جواب دیتے ہیں کہ ہم انہیں کیوں کھلائیں؟ جنہیں اگر اللہ تعالیٰ چاہتا تو خود کھلا پلا دیتا، تم تو ہو ہی کھلی گمراہی میں
