إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَىٰ دَاوُودَ فَفَزِعَ مِنْهُمْ قَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ خَصْمَانِ بَغَىٰ بَعْضُنَا عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تُشْطِطْ وَاهْدِنَا إِلَىٰ سَوَاءِ الصِّرَاطِ
Ith dakhaloo AAala dawooda fafaziAAa minhum qaloo la takhaf khasmani bagha baAAduna AAala baAAdin faohkum baynana bialhaqqi wala tushtit waihdina ila sawai alssirati

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)جب یہ (حضرت) داؤد (علیہ السلام) کے پاس پہنچے، پس یہ ان سے ڈر گئے، انہوں نے کہا خوف نہ کیجئے! ہم دو فریق مقدمہ ہیں، ہم میں سے ایک نے دوسرے پر زیادتی کی ہے، پس آپ ہمارے درمیان حق کے ساتھ فیصلہ کر دیجئے اور ناانصافی نہ کیجئے اور ہمیں سیدھی راه بتا دیجئے
