Surah An-Nisa, Ayah 129
النساء · The Women · verse 129 of 176
وَلَنْ تَسْتَطِيعُوا أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ فَلَا تَمِيلُوا كُلَّ الْمَيْلِ فَتَذَرُوهَا كَالْمُعَلَّقَةِ وَإِنْ تُصْلِحُوا وَتَتَّقُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا
Walan tastateeAAoo an taAAdiloo bayna alnnisai walaw harastum fala tameeloo kulla almayli fatatharooha kaalmuAAallaqati wain tuslihoo watattaqoo fainna Allaha kana ghafooran raheeman

Hilali & KhanYou will never be able to do perfect justice between wives even if it is your ardent desire, so do not incline too much to one of them so as to leave the other hanging. And if you do justice, and do all that is right and have Taqwa, then Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)تم سے یہ تو کبھی نہ ہو سکے گا کہ اپنی تمام بیویوں میں ہر طرح عدل کرو، گو تم اس کی کتنی ہی خواہش وکوشش کر لو، اس لئے بالکل ہی ایک کی طرف مائل ہو کر دوسری کو ادھڑ لٹکتی ہوئی نہ چھوڑو اور اگر تم اصلاح کرو اور تقویٰ اختیار کرو تو، بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ بڑی مغفرت اور رحمت واﻻ ہے
