Surah An-Nisa, Ayah 135
النساء · The Women · verse 135 of 176
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ إِنْ يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيرًا فَاللَّهُ أَوْلَىٰ بِهِمَا فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الْهَوَىٰ أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا وَإِنْ تَلْوُوا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo koonoo qawwameena bialqisti shuhadaa lillahi walaw AAala anfusikum awi alwalidayni waalaqrabeena in yakun ghaniyyan aw faqeeran faAllahu awla bihima fala tattabiAAoo alhawa an taAAdiloo wain talwoo aw tuAAridoo fainna Allaha kana bima taAAmaloona khabeeran

Hilali & KhanO you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a better Protector to both. So follow not the lusts, lest you may avoid justice; and if you Talwu or Tu`ridu, it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اے ایمان والو! عدل وانصاف پر مضبوطی سے جم جانے والے اور خوشنودی موﻻ کے لئے سچی گواہی دینے والے بن جاؤ، گو وه خود تمہارے اپنے خلاف ہو یا اپنے ماں باپ کے یا رشتہ دار عزیزوں کے، وه شخص اگر امیر ہو تو اور فقیر ہو تو دونوں کے ساتھ اللہ کو زیاده تعلق ہے، اس لئے تم خواہش نفس کے پیچھے پڑ کر انصاف نہ چھوڑ دینا اور اگر تم نے کج بیانی یا پہلو تہی کی تو جان لو کہ جو کچھ تم کرو گے اللہ تعالیٰ اس سے پوری طرح باخبر ہے
