وَرَفَعْنَا فَوْقَهُمُ الطُّورَ بِمِيثَاقِهِمْ وَقُلْنَا لَهُمُ ادْخُلُوا الْبَابَ سُجَّدًا وَقُلْنَا لَهُمْ لَا تَعْدُوا فِي السَّبْتِ وَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُمْ مِيثَاقًا غَلِيظًا
WarafaAAna fawqahumu alttoora bimeethaqihim waqulna lahumu odkhuloo albaba sujjadan waqulna lahum la taAAdoo fee alssabti waakhathna minhum meethaqan ghaleethan

Hilali & KhanAnd for their covenant, We raised over them the mount and (on the other occasion) We said: "Enter the gate prostrating (or bowing) with humility;" and We commanded them: "Transgress not on the Sabbath (Saturday)." And We took from them a firm covenant.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور ان کا قول لینے کے لئے ہم نے ان کے سروں پر طور پہاڑ ﻻ کھڑا کردیا اور انہیں حکم دیا کہ سجده کرتے ہوئے دروازے میں جاؤ اور یہ بھی فرمایا کہ ہفتہ کے دن میں تجاوز نہ کرنا اور ہم نے ان سے سخت سے سخت قول وقرار لئے
