Surah An-Nisa, Ayah 89
النساء · The Women · verse 89 of 176
وَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُوا فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَاءً فَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ حَتَّىٰ يُهَاجِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ وَجَدْتُمُوهُمْ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْهُمْ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا
Waddoo law takfuroona kama kafaroo fatakoonoona sawaan fala tattakhithoo minhum awliyaa hatta yuhajiroo fee sabeeli Allahi fain tawallaw fakhuthoohum waoqtuloohum haythu wajadtumoohum wala tattakhithoo minhum waliyyan wala naseeran

Hilali & KhanThey wish that you reject faith, as they have rejected, and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Awliya' from them, till they emigrate in the way of Allah. But if they turn back, take (hold of) them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Awliya' nor helpers from them.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ان کی تو چاہت ہے کہ جس طرح کے کافر وه ہیں تو بھی ان کی طرح کفر کرنے لگو اور پھر سب یکساں ہو جاؤ، پس جب تک یہ اسلام کی خاطر وطن نہ چھوڑیں ان میں سے کسی کو حقیقی دوست نہ بناؤ، پھر اگر یہ منھ پھیر لیں تو انہیں پکڑو اور قتل کرو جہاں بھی یہ ہاتھ لگ جائیں، خبردار! ان میں سے کسی کو اپنا رفیق اور مددگار نہ سمجھ بیٹھنا
