وَقَالُوا مَا هِيَ إِلَّا حَيَاتُنَا الدُّنْيَا نَمُوتُ وَنَحْيَا وَمَا يُهْلِكُنَا إِلَّا الدَّهْرُ وَمَا لَهُمْ بِذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَظُنُّونَ
Waqaloo ma hiya illa hayatuna alddunya namootu wanahya wama yuhlikuna illa alddahru wama lahum bithalika min AAilmin in hum illa yathunnoona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)کیا اب بھی تم نصیحت نہیں پکڑتے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہماری زندگی تو صرف دنیا کی زندگی ہی ہے۔ ہم مرتے ہیں اور جیتے ہیں اور ہمیں صرف زمانہ ہی مار ڈالتا ہے، (دراصل) انہیں اس کا کچھ علم ہی نہیں۔ یہ تو صرف (قیاس اور) اٹکل سے ہی کام لے رہے ہیں
