الفتح · The Victory · verse 17 of 29
لَيْسَ عَلَى الْأَعْمَىٰ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى الْأَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى الْمَرِيضِ حَرَجٌ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّ يُعَذِّبْهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا
Laysa AAala alaAAma harajun wala AAala alaAAraji harajun wala AAala almareedi harajun waman yutiAAi Allaha warasoolahu yudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu waman yatawalla yuAAaththibhu AAathaban aleeman

Hilali & KhanNo blame or sin is there upon the blind, nor is there sin upon the lame, nor is there sin upon the sick. And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, He will admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow; and whosoever turns back, He will punish him with a painful torment.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اندھے پر کوئی حرج نہیں ہے اور نہ لنگڑے پر کوئی حرج ہے اور نہ بیمار پر کوئی حرج ہے، جو کوئی اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی فرمانبرداری کرے اسے اللہ ایسی جنتوں میں داخل کرے گا جس کے (درختوں) تلے نہریں جاری ہیں اور جو منھ پھیر لے اسے دردناک عذاب (کی سزا) دے گا
