Surah Al-Hujurat, Ayah 9
الحجرات · The Rooms · verse 9 of 18
وَإِنْ طَائِفَتَانِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا فَإِنْ بَغَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الْأُخْرَىٰ فَقَاتِلُوا الَّتِي تَبْغِي حَتَّىٰ تَفِيءَ إِلَىٰ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ فَاءَتْ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا بِالْعَدْلِ وَأَقْسِطُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ
Wain taifatani mina almumineena iqtataloo faaslihoo baynahuma fain baghat ihdahuma AAala alokhra faqatiloo allatee tabghee hatta tafeea ila amri Allahi fain faat faaslihoo baynahuma bialAAadli waaqsitoo inna Allaha yuhibbu almuqsiteena

Hilali & KhanAnd if two parties among the believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both. But if one of them outrages against the other, then fight you (all) against the one that which outrages till it complies with the command of Allah. Then if it complies, then make reconciliation between them justly, and be equitable. Verily, Allah loves those who are the equitable.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور اگر مسلمانوں کی دو جماعتیں آپس میں لڑ پڑیں تو ان میں میل ملاپ کرا دیا کرو۔ پھر اگر ان دونوں میں سے ایک جماعت دوسری جماعت پر زیادتی کرے تو تم (سب) اس گروه سے جو زیادتی کرتا ہے لڑو۔ یہاں تک کہ وه اللہ کے حکم کی طرف لوٹ آئے، اگر لوٹ آئے تو پھر انصاف کے ساتھ صلح کرا دو اور عدل کرو بیشک اللہ تعالیٰ انصاف کرنے والوں سے محبت کرتا ہے
