Surah Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 107
المائدة · The Table Spread · verse 107 of 120
فَإِنْ عُثِرَ عَلَىٰ أَنَّهُمَا اسْتَحَقَّا إِثْمًا فَآخَرَانِ يَقُومَانِ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَحَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَوْلَيَانِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللَّهِ لَشَهَادَتُنَا أَحَقُّ مِنْ شَهَادَتِهِمَا وَمَا اعْتَدَيْنَا إِنَّا إِذًا لَمِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
Fain AAuthira AAala annahuma istahaqqa ithman faakharani yaqoomani maqamahuma mina allatheena istahaqqa AAalayhimu alawlayani fayuqsimani biAllahi lashahadatuna ahaqqu min shahadatihima wama iAAtadayna inna ithan lamina alththalimeena

Hilali & KhanIf it then becomes known that these two had been guilty of sin, let two others stand forth in their places, nearest in kin from among those who claim a lawful right. Let them swear by Allah (saying): "We affirm that our testimony is truer than that of both of them, and that we have not trespassed (the truth), for then indeed we should be of the wrongdoers."

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)پھر اگر اس کی اطلاع ہو کہ وه دونوں گواه کسی گناه کے مرتکب ہوئے ہیں تو ان لوگوں میں سے جن کے مقابلہ میں گناه کا ارتکاب ہوا تھا اور دو شخص جو سب میں قریب تر ہیں جہاں وه دونوں کھڑے ہوئے تھے یہ دونوں کھڑے ہوں پھر دونوں اللہ کی قسم کھائیں کہ بالیقین ہماری یہ قسم ان دونوں کی اس قسم سے زیاده راست ہے اور ہم نے ذرا تجاوز نہیں کیا، ہم اس حالت میں سخت ﻇالم ہوں گے
