إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْ أَنَّ لَهُمْ مَا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَمِثْلَهُ مَعَهُ لِيَفْتَدُوا بِهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَا تُقُبِّلَ مِنْهُمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Inna allatheena kafaroo law anna lahum ma fee alardi jameeAAan wamithlahu maAAahu liyaftadoo bihi min AAathabi yawmi alqiyamati ma tuqubbila minhum walahum AAathabun aleemun

Hilali & KhanVerily, those who disbelieve, if they had all that is in the earth, and as much again therewith to ransom themselves thereby from the torment on the Day of Resurrection, it would never be accepted of them. And theirs would be a painful torment.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)یقین مانو کہ کافروں کے لئے اگر وه سب کچھ ہو جو ساری زمین میں ہے بلکہ اسی کے مثل اور بھی ہو اور وه اس سب کو قیامت کے دن کے عذاب کے بدلے فدیے میں دینا چاہیں تو بھی ناممکن ہے کہ ان کا فدیہ قبول کرلیا جائے، ان کے لئے تو درد ناک عذاب ہی ہے
