وَأَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَمُهَيْمِنًا عَلَيْهِ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ عَمَّا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مِنْكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَمِنْهَاجًا وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَٰكِنْ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا آتَاكُمْ فَاسْتَبِقُوا الْخَيْرَاتِ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيعًا فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ
Waanzalna ilayka alkitaba bialhaqqi musaddiqan lima bayna yadayhi mina alkitabi wamuhayminan AAalayhi faohkum baynahum bima anzala Allahu wala tattabiAA ahwaahum AAamma jaaka mina alhaqqi likullin jaAAalna minkum shirAAatan waminhajan walaw shaa Allahu lajaAAalakum ommatan wahidatan walakin liyabluwakum fee ma atakum faistabiqoo alkhayrati ila Allahi marjiAAukum jameeAAan fayunabbiokum bima kuntum feehi takhtalifoona

Hilali & KhanAnd We have sent down to you the Book (this Qur'an) in truth, confirming the Scripture that came before it and Muhayminan over it (old Scriptures). So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allah willed, He would have made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so compete in good deeds. The return of you (all) is to Allah; then He will inform you about that in which you used to differ.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور ہم نے آپ کی طرف حق کے ساتھ یہ کتاب نازل فرمائی ہے جو اپنے سے اگلی کتابوں کی تصدیق کرنے والی ہے اور ان کی محافﻆ ہے۔ اس لئے آپ ان کے آپس کے معاملات میں اسی اللہ کی اتاری ہوئی کتاب کے ساتھ حکم کیجیئے، اس حق سے ہٹ کر ان کی خواہشوں کے پیچھے نہ جائیے تم میں سے ہر ایک کے لئے ہم نے ایک دستور اور راه مقرر کردی ہے۔ اگر منظور مولیٰ ہوتا تو تم سب کو ایک ہی امت بنا دیتا، لیکن اس کی چاہت ہے کہ جو تمہیں دیا ہے اس میں تمہیں آزمائے، تم نیکیوں کی طرف جلدی کرو، تم سب کا رجوع اللہ ہی کی طرف ہے، پھر وه تمہیں ہر وه چیز بتا دے گا جس میں تم اختلاف کرتے رہتے ہو
