قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ هَلْ تَنْقِمُونَ مِنَّا إِلَّا أَنْ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَمَا أُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَأَنَّ أَكْثَرَكُمْ فَاسِقُونَ
Qul ya ahla alkitabi hal tanqimoona minna illa an amanna biAllahi wama onzila ilayna wama onzila min qablu waanna aktharakum fasiqoona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)آپ کہہ دیجیئے اے یہودیوں اور نصرانیو! تم ہم سے صرف اس وجہ سے دشمنیاں کر رہے ہو کہ ہم اللہ تعالیٰ پر اور جو کچھ ہماری جانب نازل کیا گیا ہے اور جو کچھ اس سے پہلے اتارا گیا ہے اس پر ایمان ﻻئے ہیں اور اس لئے بھی کہ تم میں اکثر فاسق ہیں
