هُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لِيُخْرِجَكُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ
Huwa allathee yunazzilu AAala AAabdihi ayatin bayyinatin liyukhrijakum mina alththulumati ila alnnoori wainna Allaha bikum laraoofun raheemun

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)وه (اللہ) ہی ہے جو اپنے بندے پر واضح آیتیں اتارتا ہے تاکہ وه تمہیں اندھیروں سے نور کی طرف لے جائے یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ تم پر نرمی کرنے واﻻ رحم کرنے واﻻ ہے
