Surah Al-An'am, Ayah 138
الأنعام · The Cattle · verse 138 of 165
وَقَالُوا هَٰذِهِ أَنْعَامٌ وَحَرْثٌ حِجْرٌ لَا يَطْعَمُهَا إِلَّا مَنْ نَشَاءُ بِزَعْمِهِمْ وَأَنْعَامٌ حُرِّمَتْ ظُهُورُهَا وَأَنْعَامٌ لَا يَذْكُرُونَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا افْتِرَاءً عَلَيْهِ سَيَجْزِيهِمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
Waqaloo hathihi anAAamun waharthun hijrun la yatAAamuha illa man nashao bizaAAmihim waanAAamun hurrimat thuhooruha waanAAamun la yathkuroona isma Allahi AAalayha iftiraan AAalayhi sayajzeehim bima kanoo yaftaroona

Hilali & KhanAnd according to their claim, they say that such and such cattle and crops are Hijr (forbidden), and none should eat of them except those whom we allow. And (they say) there are cattle forbidden to be used for burden, and cattle on which (at slaughtering) the Name of Allah is not pronounced; lying against Him (Allah). He will recompense them for what they used to fabricate.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور وه اپنے خیال پر یہ بھی کہتے ہیں کہ یہ کچھ مواشی ہیں اور کھیت ہیں جن کا استعمال ہر شخص کو جائز نہیں ان کو کوئی نہیں کھا سکتا سوائے ان کے جن کو ہم چاہیں اور مواشی ہیں جن پر سواری یا باربرداری حرام کردی گئی اور کچھ مواشی ہیں جن پر یہ لوگ اللہ تعالیٰ کا نام نہیں لیتے محض اللہ پر افترا باندھنے کے طور پر۔ ابھی اللہ تعالیٰ ان کو ان کے افترا کی سزا دیئے دیتا ہے
