قَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِمَنْ آمَنَ مِنْهُمْ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ صَالِحًا مُرْسَلٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ قَالُوا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلَ بِهِ مُؤْمِنُونَ
Qala almalao allatheena istakbaroo min qawmihi lillatheena istudAAifoo liman amana minhum ataAAlamoona anna salihan mursalun min rabbihi qaloo inna bima orsila bihi muminoona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ان کی قوم میں جو متکبر سردار تھے انہوں نے غریب لوگوں سے جو کہ ان میں سے ایمان لے آئے تھے پوچھا، کیا تم کواس بات کا یقین ہے کہ صالح (علیہ السلام) اپنے رب کی طرف سے بھیجے ہوئے ہیں؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ بےشک ہم تو اس پر پورا یقین رکھتے ہیں جو ان کو دے کر بھیجا گیا ہے
