وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا قَالُوا قَدْ سَمِعْنَا لَوْ نَشَاءُ لَقُلْنَا مِثْلَ هَٰذَا إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
Waitha tutla AAalayhim ayatuna qaloo qad samiAAna law nashao laqulna mithla hatha in hatha illa asateeru alawwaleena

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور جب ان کے سامنے ہماری آیتیں پڑھی جاتی ہیں تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے سن لیا، اگر ہم چاہیں تو اس کے برابر ہم بھی کہہ دیں، یہ تو کچھ بھی نہیں صرف بے سند باتیں ہیں جو پہلوں سے منقول چلی آرہی ہیں
