التوبة · The Repentance · verse 127 of 129
وَإِذَا مَا أُنْزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ نَظَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ هَلْ يَرَاكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفُوا صَرَفَ اللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمْ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ
Waitha ma onzilat sooratun nathara baAAduhum ila baAAdin hal yarakum min ahadin thumma insarafoo sarafa Allahu quloobahum biannahum qawmun la yafqahoona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور جب کوئی سورت نازل کی جاتی ہے تو ایک دوسرے کو دیکھنے لگتے ہیں کہ تم کو کوئی دیکھتا تو نہیں پھر چل دیتے ہیں اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کا دل پھیر دیا ہے اس وجہ سے کہ وه بے سمجھ لوگ ہیں
