Surah At-Tawbah, Ayah 29
التوبة · The Repentance · verse 29 of 129
قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَلَا بِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلَا يُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَلَا يَدِينُونَ دِينَ الْحَقِّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ حَتَّىٰ يُعْطُوا الْجِزْيَةَ عَنْ يَدٍ وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ
Qatiloo allatheena la yuminoona biAllahi wala bialyawmi alakhiri wala yuharrimoona ma harrama Allahu warasooluhu wala yadeenoona deena alhaqqi mina allatheena ootoo alkitaba hatta yuAAtoo aljizyata AAan yadin wahum saghiroona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ان لوگوں سے لڑو، جو اللہ پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان نہیں ﻻتے جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی حرام کرده شے کو حرام نہیں جانتے، نہ دین حق کو قبول کرتے ہیں ان لوگوں میں جنہیں کتاب دی گئی ہے، یہاں تک کہ وه ذلیل وخوار ہو کر اپنے ہاتھ سے جزیہ ادا کریں
