التوبة · The Repentance · verse 37 of 129
إِنَّمَا النَّسِيءُ زِيَادَةٌ فِي الْكُفْرِ يُضَلُّ بِهِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُحِلُّونَهُ عَامًا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُ عَامًا لِيُوَاطِئُوا عِدَّةَ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ فَيُحِلُّوا مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ زُيِّنَ لَهُمْ سُوءُ أَعْمَالِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ
Innama alnnaseeo ziyadatun fee alkufri yudallu bihi allatheena kafaroo yuhilloonahu AAaman wayuharrimoonahu AAaman liyuwatioo AAiddata ma harrama Allahu fayuhilloo ma harrama Allahu zuyyina lahum sooo aAAmalihim waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alkafireena

Hilali & KhanThe postponing (of a Sacred Month) is indeed an addition to disbelief: thereby the disbelievers are led astray, for they make it lawful one year and forbid it another year in order to adjust the number of months forbidden by Allah, and make such forbidden ones lawful. The evil of their deeds is made fair-seeming to them. And Allah guides not the people who disbelieve.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)مہینوں کا آگے پیچھے کر دینا کفر کی زیادتی ہے اس سے وه لوگ گمراہی میں ڈالے جاتے ہیں جو کافر ہیں۔ ایک سال تو اسے حلال کر لیتے ہیں اور ایک سال اسی کو حرمت واﻻ کر لیتے ہیں، کہ اللہ نے جو حرمت رکھی ہے اس کے شمار میں تو موافقت کر لیں پھر اسے حلال بنا لیں جسے اللہ نے حرام کیا ہے انہیں ان کے برے کام بھلے دکھادیئے گئے ہیں اور قوم کفار کی اللہ رہنمائی نہیں فرماتا
