التوبة · The Repentance · verse 39 of 129
إِلَّا تَنْفِرُوا يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئًا وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Illa tanfiroo yuAAaththibkum AAathaban aleeman wayastabdil qawman ghayrakum wala tadurroohu shayan waAllahu AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اگر تم نے کوچ نہ کیا تو تمہیں اللہ تعالیٰ دردناک سزا دے گا اور تمہارے سوا اور لوگوں کو بدل ﻻئے گا، تم اللہ تعالی کو کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکتے اور اللہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے
