Surah At-Tawbah, Ayah 5
التوبة · The Repentance · verse 5 of 129
فَإِذَا انْسَلَخَ الْأَشْهُرُ الْحُرُمُ فَاقْتُلُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَيْثُ وَجَدْتُمُوهُمْ وَخُذُوهُمْ وَاحْصُرُوهُمْ وَاقْعُدُوا لَهُمْ كُلَّ مَرْصَدٍ فَإِنْ تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَخَلُّوا سَبِيلَهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Faitha insalakha alashhuru alhurumu faoqtuloo almushrikeena haythu wajadtumoohum wakhuthoohum waohsuroohum waoqAAudoo lahum kulla marsadin fain taboo waaqamoo alssalata waatawoo alzzakata fakhalloo sabeelahum inna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun

Hilali & KhanSo when the Sacred Months have passed, then fight the Mushrikin wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush. But if they repent and perform the Salah, and give the Zakah, then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)پھر حرمت والے مہینوں کے گزرتے ہی مشرکوں کو جہاں پاؤ قتل کرو انہیں گرفتار کرو، ان کا محاصره کرلو اور ان کی تاک میں ہر گھاٹی میں جا بیٹھو، ہاں اگر وه توبہ کرلیں اور نماز کے پابند ہو جائیں اور زکوٰة ادا کرنے لگیں توتم ان کی راہیں چھوڑ دو۔ یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ بخشنے واﻻ مہربان ہے
