التوبة · The Repentance · verse 80 of 129
اسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ أَوْ لَا تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ إِنْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً فَلَنْ يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ
Istaghfir lahum aw la tastaghfir lahum in tastaghfir lahum sabAAeena marratan falan yaghfira Allahu lahum thalika biannahum kafaroo biAllahi warasoolihi waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alfasiqeena

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ان کے لئے تو استغفار کر یا نہ کر۔ اگر تو ستر مرتبہ بھی ان کے لئے استغفار کرے تو بھی اللہ انہیں ہرگز نہ بخشے گا یہ اس لئے کہ انہوں نے اللہ سے اور اس کے رسول سے کفر کیا ایسے فاسق لوگوں کو رب کریم ہدایت نہیں دیتا
