Surah At-Tawbah, Ayah 83
التوبة · The Repentance · verse 83 of 129
فَإِنْ رَجَعَكَ اللَّهُ إِلَىٰ طَائِفَةٍ مِنْهُمْ فَاسْتَأْذَنُوكَ لِلْخُرُوجِ فَقُلْ لَنْ تَخْرُجُوا مَعِيَ أَبَدًا وَلَنْ تُقَاتِلُوا مَعِيَ عَدُوًّا إِنَّكُمْ رَضِيتُمْ بِالْقُعُودِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ فَاقْعُدُوا مَعَ الْخَالِفِينَ
Fain rajaAAaka Allahu ila taifatin minhum faistathanooka lilkhurooji faqul lan takhrujoo maAAiya abadan walan tuqatiloo maAAiya AAaduwwan innakum radeetum bialquAAoodi awwala marratin faoqAAudoo maAAa alkhalifeena

Hilali & KhanIf Allah brings you back to a party of them (the hypocrites), and they ask your permission to go out (to fight), say: "Never shall you go out with me nor fight an enemy with me; you were pleased to sit (inactive) on the first occasion, then you sit (now) with those who lag behind."

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)پس اگر اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کو ان کی کسی جماعت کی طرف لوٹا کر واپس لے آئے پھر یہ آپ سے میدان جنگ میں نکلنے کی اجازت طلب کریں تو آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ تم میرے ساتھ ہرگز چل نہیں سکتے اور نہ میرے ساتھ تم دشمنوں سے لڑائی کر سکتے ہو۔ تم نے پہلی مرتبہ ہی بیٹھ رہنے کو پسند کیا تھا پس تم پیچھے ره جانے والوں میں ہی بیٹھے رہو
