Surah At-Tawbah, Ayah 91
التوبة · The Repentance · verse 91 of 129
لَيْسَ عَلَى الضُّعَفَاءِ وَلَا عَلَى الْمَرْضَىٰ وَلَا عَلَى الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ مَا يُنْفِقُونَ حَرَجٌ إِذَا نَصَحُوا لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْسِنِينَ مِنْ سَبِيلٍ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Laysa AAala aldduAAafai wala AAala almarda wala AAala allatheena la yajidoona ma yunfiqoona harajun itha nasahoo lillahi warasoolihi ma AAala almuhsineena min sabeelin waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ضعیفوں پر اور بیماروں پر اور ان پر جن کے پاس خرچ کرنے کو کچھ بھی نہیں کوئی حرج نہیں بشرطیکہ وه اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی خیر خواہی کرتے رہیں۔ ایسے نیک کاروں پر الزام کی کوئی راه نہیں، اللہ تعالیٰ بڑی مغفرت ورحمت واﻻ ہے
