التوبة · The Repentance · verse 98 of 129
وَمِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ مَنْ يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنْفِقُ مَغْرَمًا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ الدَّوَائِرَ عَلَيْهِمْ دَائِرَةُ السَّوْءِ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
Wamina alaAArabi man yattakhithu ma yunfiqu maghraman wayatarabbasu bikumu alddawaira AAalayhim dairatu alssawi waAllahu sameeAAun AAaleemun

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور ان دیہاتیوں میں سے بعض ایسے ہیں کہ جو کچھ خرچ کرتے ہیں اس کو جرمانہ سمجھتے ہیں اور تم مسلمانوں کے واسطے برے وقت کے منتظر رہتے ہیں، برا وقت ان ہی پر پڑنے واﻻ ہے اور اللہ سننے واﻻ جاننے واﻻ ہے
