الأنعام · The Cattle · verse 123 of 165
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَابِرَ مُجْرِمِيهَا لِيَمْكُرُوا فِيهَا وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
Wakathalika jaAAalna fee kulli qaryatin akabira mujrimeeha liyamkuroo feeha wama yamkuroona illa bianfusihim wama yashAAuroona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور اسی طرح ہم نے ہر بستی میں وہاں کے رئیسوں ہی کو جرائم کا مرتکب بنایا تاکہ وه لوگ وہاں فریب کریں۔ اور وه لوگ اپنے ہی ساتھ فریب کررہے ہیں اور ان کو ذرا خبر نہیں
