التوبة · The Repentance · verse 7 of 129
كَيْفَ يَكُونُ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ عَهْدٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعِنْدَ رَسُولِهِ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ عَاهَدْتُمْ عِنْدَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ فَمَا اسْتَقَامُوا لَكُمْ فَاسْتَقِيمُوا لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ
Kayfa yakoonu lilmushrikeena AAahdun AAinda Allahi waAAinda rasoolihi illa allatheena AAahadtum AAinda almasjidi alharami fama istaqamoo lakum faistaqeemoo lahum inna Allaha yuhibbu almuttaqeena

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)مشرکوں کے لئے عہد اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے نزدیک کیسے ره سکتا ہے سوائے ان کے جن سے تم نے عہد وپیمان مسجد حرام کے پاس کیا ہے، جب تک وه لوگ تم سے معاہده نبھائیں تم بھی ان سے وفاداری کرو، اللہ تعالیٰ متقیوں سے محبت رکھتا ہے
