كَيْفَ وَإِنْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَيْكُمْ لَا يَرْقُبُوا فِيكُمْ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً يُرْضُونَكُمْ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتَأْبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ
Kayfa wain yathharoo AAalaykum la yarquboo feekum illan wala thimmatan yurdoonakum biafwahihim wataba quloobuhum waaktharuhum fasiqoona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ان کے وعدوں کا کیا اعتبار ان کا اگر تم پر غلبہ ہو جائے تو نہ یہ قرابت داری کا خیال کریں نہ عہدوپیمان کا، اپنی زبانوں سے تو تمہیں پرچا رہے ہیں لیکن ان کے دل نہیں مانتے ان میں سے اکثر تو فاسق ہیں
